Welcome to River City LeTip located in beautiful Portland Oregon. If you are looking for a way to successfully market your business, then you have come to the right place. LeTip has members that not only need your business services, but also know others in need of your services, and are willing to act as your marketing and networking sales force. As a member of LeTip you will receive qualified tips/referrals from your fellow LeTip Members. The definition of a qualified tip is someone who is expecting a call from a LeTip Member.
